1. Why does my logo need to be a high resolution .PNG or Vector file?

If it’s not in vector format or a High Resolution .PNG, it will be pixelated and blurry when printed on the mat. Ask the person who designed your logo to email it to you in one of those file types.

Depending on the complexity of your logo, we can offer assistance in vectorizing or rebuilding your logo into vector format. Please note that there is an additional cost for logo vectorization. Email us for more information on vectorization options.

2. Do you offer refunds?

If you submit an order, but are not able to provide your logo in the necessary format (high resolution .PNG or vector) we will refund and cancel your order.

Once a design has been made for you and you have approved the mock-up, your mat will be sent into production and a refund cannot be offered.

3. How long does it take for my item to be delivered to me?

Lead times on each item vary. Break mats and business cards average between 10 - 14 business days to go through production and ship out to you. Boxcutters average 14 - 21 business days to go through production and ship out to you.
